COOK DUCK GREEN - Bebek Masak Hijau

Cook Duck Green

Ingredients :
- Duck 1 / 2 chickens, cut so the 5 -
- Water 2 tbsp lemon -
- Citronella 1 stem, bruise -
- 2 pieces of orange leaves -
- Kandis acid 1 grains -
- Water 200 ml -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -
- 100 ml thick coconut milk -

Fine spices :
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Green chillies 150 grams -
- Candlenut 2 grains -
- Ginger 2 cm -
- 2 cm ginger -
- Turmeric 2 cm -
- 1 tsp pepper -
- Sugar sand 1 / 2 tsp -
- Salt sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Duck mixed with lime juice, leave for 30 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil, pan until fragrant spices finely. Add citronella, lime leaves and tamarind Kandis. Cook until cooked flavor
3. Enter the duck meat, cook until half-cooked duck. Pour water and coconut milk.
4. Cook with small fire until cooked duck and oily dressing, lift.

Bebek Masak Hijau

Bahan :
- Bebek 1/2 ekor, potong jadi 5 bagian -
- Air jeruk nipis 2 sdm -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar -
- Asam kandis 1 butir -
- Air 200 ml -
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm -
- Santan kental 100 ml -

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 4 butir -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Cabai hijau 150 gram -
- Kemiri 2 butir -
- Jahe 2 cm -
- Lengkuas 2 cm -
- Kunyit 2 cm -
- Merica 1 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri bebek dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 30 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan serai, daun jeruk dan asam kandis. Masak hingga bumbu matang.
3. Masukkan daging bebek, masak hingga bebek setangah matang. Tuang air dan santan.
4. Masak dengan api kecil hingga bebek matang dan kuah berminyak, angkat.
5. Sajikan hangat.
