SAGO CHEESE - Sagu Keju

Sago Cheese

Ingredients :
- Sago flour (starch) 250 grams, fry without oil -
- 75 grams of margarine -
- Refined sugar 100 grams -
- Yellow fruit 1 egg -
- White eggs 1 / 2 grains -
- 25 ml of liquid milk -
- 100 grams cheese, grated -

How to prepare :
1. Shake butter and sugar until smooth soft, add the eggs and shake again to mix evenly.
2. Pour liquid milk, enter cheese grater and the starch flour, poke average.
3. Enter the dough into the bag spray (piping bag), and print on brass that has been be oiled margarine, grated cheese give above.
4. Roast in hot oven 120oC for 20 minutes until cooked, lift. Serve.

To 400 grams

Sagu Keju

Bahan :
- Tepung sagu (kanji) 250 gram, sangrai -
- Margarin 75 gram -
- Gula halus 100 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 buah -
- Putih telur 1/2 butir -
- Susu cair 25 ml -
- Keju 100 gram, parut -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga lembut, tambahkan telur dan kocok lagi hingga bercampur rata.
2. Tuangkan susu cair masukkan keju parut dan tepung kanji, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kantung semprot (piping bag) dan cetak pada loyang yang telah diolesi margarin, taburi keju parut.
4. Panggang dalam oven panas 120oC selama 20 menit hingga matang, angkat. Sajikan.
