STIR FRY MEAT GOAT - Tumis Daging Kambing

Stir Fry Meat Goat

Ingredients :
- 60 grams margarine -
- Young goat meat 200 grams, cut 1.5 cm x 5 cm -
- 3 Tomato small fruit, cut -
- 50 grams of water lettuce, clean -
- 2 tbsp maize, mix with water -
- Paprika red 1 / 2 fruit, sliced thin -
- Yellow Paprika 1 / 2 fruit, sliced thin -
- Garlic 3 cloves, chopped -
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit, chopped -
- Chili sauce 5 pieces, leave whole -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Spice curry powder 1 tsp -
- Salt sufficiently -
- 1 tsp sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Heat margarine, stir fry garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Enter goat meat, paprika red, yellow, paprika and tomato cook until half cooked.
3. Add curry spices, pepper, salt and sugar. Cook until the flavor permeate.
4. Pour liquid maize, poke average, cook until the sauce curdle.
5. Enter the water lettuce, cook briefly, lift.
6. Serve.

Tumis Daging Kambing

Bahan :
- Margarin 60 garm -
- Daging kambing muda 200 gram, potong 1,5X5 cm -
- Tomat kecil 3 buah, potong -
- Selada air 50 gram, siangi -
- Tepung maizena 2 sdm, larutkan dengan air -
- Paprika merah 1/2 buah, iris tipis -
- Paprika kuning 1/2 buah,iris tipis -
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang -
- Bawamh bombay 1/2 buah, cincang -
- Cabai rawit 5 buah, biarkan utuh -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Bumbu kari bubuk 1 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging kambing, paprika merah, paprika kuning dan tomat masak hingga setengah matang.
3. Tamabhkan bumbu kari, merica, garam dan gula pasir. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
4. Tuangkan maizena cair, aduk rata, masak hingga kuah mengental.
5. Masukkan selada air, masak sebentar, angkat.
6. Sajikan.
