BLACK PEPPER BEEF - Daging Sapi Lada Hitam

Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients :
- Cow meat has in the 300 grams, sliced 1 / 2 cm --
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp -
- Large yellow onion 1 fruit, sliced thin -
- Red Paprika 1 / 2 fruit, cut lengthwise -
- Green Paprika 1 / 2 fruit, cut lengthwise -

- 2 tbsp black pepper, roasted and pounded rough -
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce -
- 1 tbsp sweet-Style -
- Sesame oil 1 / 2 tbsp -
- Salt sufficiently -
- Water 200 ml -
- Sugar sufficiently -
- 1 tbsp maize, mixed with water -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil, stir fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the meat slices, poke to change color.
3. Pour water, cook until the water is low and the meat cooked.
4. Enter the sesame oil, black pepper, salt and oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, poke average. Enter red paprika and green, even confused. Thicken with maize. Lift. Serve.

Daging Sapi Lada Hitam

Bahan :
- Daging sapi has dalam 300 gram, iris 1/2 cm -
- Bawang putih cincang 1 sdm -
- Bawang bombay 1 buan, iris tipis -
- Paprika merah 1/2 buah, potong memanjang -
- Paprika hijau 1/2 buah, potong memanjang -
- Minyak sayur 2 sdm -
- Merica hitam 2 sdm, sangrai dan tumbuk kasar -
- Saus tiram 1 sdm -
- Kecap manis 1 sdm -
- Minyak wijen 1/2 sdm -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Air 200 ml -
- Gula pasir secukupnya -
- Tepung maizena 1 sdm, larutkan dengan air -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging iris, aduk hingga berubah warna.
3. Tuang air, masak hingga air hampir habis dan daging matang.
4. Masukkan minyak wijen, merica hitam, garam dan saus tiram, kecap manis, aduk rata. Masukkan paprika merah dan hijau, aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan maizena. Angkat. Sajikan.
