CARAMEL CAKE - Cake Karamel

Caramel Cake

Ingredients cake :
- 5 chicken eggs grains -
- 100 grams of wheat flour -
- Milk powder 2 tbsp -
- 1 tbsp maize -
- 1 sdt emulsifier Cake -
- Sugar 100 grams -
- 75 grams of margarine, melted -
- Caramel 50 ml -

Decoration :
- Brown and white 100 gram -
- Sugar 100 grams -
- Water 50 ml -
- Ribbon sufficiently -
- Butter cream 300 grams, ready to buy -
- Apricot jelly 50 grams, ready to buy -
- Aluminum foil sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed all ingredients except margarine and cake caramel, shake to expand.

Bahan cake :
- Telur ayam 5 butir -
- Tepung terigu 100 gram -
- Susu bubuk 2 sdm -
- Tepung maizena 1 sdm -

- Margarin 75 gram, cairkan -
- Karamel 50 ml -

Hiasan :
- Coklat putih 100 gram -
- Gula pasir 100 gram -
- Air 50 ml -
- Pita secukupnya -
- Butter cream 300 gram, siap beli -
- Selai apricot 50 gram, siap beli -
- Aluminium foil secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan cake kecuali margarin dan karamel, kocok hingga mengembang.
2. Tamabhkan margarin dan karamel aduk hingga rata. Tuang adonan dalam loyang persegi 24 cm. Panggang adonan dalam oven bursuhu 180oC hingga matang, Angkat, dinginkan.
3. Karamel : Masak gula hingga kuning kecoklatan, aduk hingga seluruh gula mencair, tambahkan air aduk hingga rata, angkat. Tuang sebagian karamel dalam loyang beralas aluminium foil, biarkan hingga mengeras. Sisanya bentuk garis tak beraturan dengan bantuan piping bag dari kertas roti, biarkan hingga mengeras.
4. Coklat putih : Potong-potong coklat, tim hingga leleh, tuang dalam loyang beralas plastik, bekukan. Potong persegi panjang.
