TEMPE STEAK TOMATO SAUCE - Steak Tempe Saus Tomat

Tempe* Steak Tomato Sauce

Ingredients :
- 250 grams Tempe, marten, mashed -

Tomato sauce :

- 4 tbsp tomato sauce -
- 1 tbsp maize, mix with water -

- Water 200 ml -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -

How to prepare :

Steak Tempe Saus Tomat

Bahan :
- Tempe 250 gram, kukus, haluskan -

- Pala bubuk 1 sdt -
- Tepung panir 250 gram -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -

Saus tomat :
- Tomat merah 1 buah, haluskan -
- Saus tomat 4 sdm -
- Tepung maizena 1 sdm, cairkan dengan air -
- Bawang bombay 1/4 buah, cincang halus -
- Bawang putih 2 siung, memarkan -
- Air 200 ml -
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tempe, 1 butir telur, bawang putih, merica, pala dan garam, aduk rata.
2. Siapkan loyang kotak, oles dengan minyak goreng. Tuang adonan tempe, ratakan.
3. Kukus adonan selama 30 menit atau hingga matang, angkat, dinginkan.
4. Potong sesuai selera, celupkan dalam telur kocok lalu gulingkan dalam tepung panir.
5. Goreng hingga matang dan warnanya keemasan, angkat.
6. Saua : Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan tomat halus, saus tomat, garam dan air. Kentalkan dengan maisena, masak hingga mendidih, angkat.
7. Sajikan steak tempe dengan saus tomat.
