CORN LABAR - Jagung Labar

Corn Labar

Ingredients :
- 5 Corn sweet fruit, peeled, finely grated -
- Young coconut 1 / 2 grain, seam-aft -
- 100 grams of sugar palm , sliced thin -
- Sugar 25 grams -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed grated corn, young coconut, palm sugar, sugar and salt, poke average.
2. Prepare the corn leaves, 2 tbsp corn enter them.
3. Folding, rectangular shape, tied with thread. Do until the dough runs out.
4. Steam for 30 minutes or until cooked. Lift.
5. Serve.

For 15 pieces

Jagung Labar

Bahan :
- Jagung manis 5 buah, kupas, parut halus -
- Kelapa muda 1/2 butir, parut memanjang -
- Gula aren 100 gram, iris tipis -
- Gula pasir 25 gram -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur jagung parut, kelapa muda, gula aren, gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata.
2. Siapkan daun jagung, masukkan 2 sdm jagung kedalamnya.
3. Lipat, bentuk persegi panjang, ikat dengan benang. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
4. Kukus selama 30 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat.
5. Sajikan.
