Dry Pastel - Pastel Kering

Dry Pastel

Ingredients :
- 300 grams of wheat flour -
- 50 grams of starch flour -
- 1 egg -
- 1 tbsp margarine -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 125 ml water -
- 1 1 / 4 tsp baking powder -
- 1 1 / 4 tsp baking soda -
- Oil to fry -

How to prepare :
1. Poke the skin to dull, grinding thin.
2. rounded dough skin with diameter 4
3. One spoon to fill the middle section helical ago the connection until the dough neatly
4. Fry in medium hot oil until cooked and dry.

Pastel Kering

Bahan :
- 300 gram tepung terigu -
- 50 gram tepung kanji -
- 1 butir telur -
- 1 sdm margarin -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 125 ml air -
- 1 1/4 sdt baking powder -
- 1 1/4 sdt soda kue -
- Minyak untuk menggoreng -

Cara membuat :
1. Aduk bahan kulit hingga kalis, giling tipis.
2. Bulatkan adonna kulit diameter 4 cm.
3. Sendokkan bahan isi ke tengahnya lalu pilin bagian sambungan adonan hingga rapi.
4. Goreng ke dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kering dan matang.

Untuk 200 gram
