BRAIN CURRY - Gulai Otak

Brain Curry

Ingredients :
- 400 grams of cow brain -
- 750 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -
- 2 pieces of orange leaves -
- 2 stem citronella, bruise -
- 3 sheets leaves salad, sliced thin -
- 3 shoots leaf basil -
- 1 fruit acid Kandis -

Fine spices :
- 5 pieces red chili -
- 3 cm turmeric -
- 2 grains candlenut -
- 6 onion grains -
- 1 tsp pepper -
- 2 cm ginger -
- 2 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Steam cow brain for 25 minutes.
2. Boil the coconut milk, smooth flavor, citrus leaves, citronella, leaves salad while Kandis acid and stirred until boiling.
3. Add cooked in the brain fire up a small stirred until cooked, add basil leaves, poke and lift.

Tips :
Brain can be replaced with chicken, meat or know.

Gulai Otak

Bahan :
- 400 gram otak sapi -
- 750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 2 lembar daun jeruk -
- 2 batang serai, dimemarkan -
- 3 lembar daun mabgkokan, diiris tipis -
- 3 pucuk daun ruku-ruku -
- 1 buah asam kandis -

Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah -
- 3 cm kunyit -
- 2 butir kemiri -
- 6 butir bawang merah -
- 1 sdt merica -
- 2 cm jahe -
- 2 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Kukus otak sapi selama 25 menit.
2. Rebus santan, bumbu halus, daun jeruk, serai, daun mangkokan dan asam kandis sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
3. Tambahkan otak masak di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga matang, tambahkan daun ruku-ruku, aduk dan angkat.

Tips :
Otak dapat diganti dengan ayam, daging atau tahu.
