STICKY RICE - Lemper Ketan

Sticky Rice Lemper

Ingredients :
- 400 grams of rice sticky rice, soaked 1 hr -
- 200 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 pieces of pandanus leaves -
- Banana leaf to conceal -

Ingredients contents:
- 100 grams of beef, grinding -
- 150 grams of carrot cut small boxes -

- 6 pieces thinly sliced bean -

Fine spices :
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 2 grains candlenut -
- 1 / 4 tsp brown sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Create content: stir fry fine until fragrant spices, enter stirred until the meat changes color.

Lemper Ketan


Bahan :
- 400 gram beras ketan, rendam 1 jam -
- 200 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- Daun pisang untuk membungkus -

Bahan isi :
- 100 gram daging sapi giling -
- 150 gram wortel dipotong kotak kecil -
- 1 batang daun bawang diiris halus -
- 6 buah buncis diiris tipis -

Bumbu halus :
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1 sdt ketumbar -
- 2 butir kemiri -
- 1/4 sdt gula merah -

Cara membuat :
1. Buat isi : tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan daging sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna.
2. Tambahkan wortel,buncis dan daun bawang, aduk hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat dan sisihkan.
3. Kukus ketan selama 20 menit, didihkan santan, air, garam, daun pandan. Masukkan beras ketan aduk hingga terserap. Kukus matang.
4. Ambil daun pisang, pipihkan ketan di atasnya. Isi dengan bahan isi lalu pulung dan bungkus rapat dengan daun pisang.
5. Panggang sebentar di bara api sampai harum.
