VEGETABLE TAUCO - Sayur Tauco

Vegetable Tauco (fermented bean paste used as condiment)

Ingredients :
- Long Beans 150 grams, cut 3 cm -
- Shrimp 100 grams, remove skin and head -
- Tofu 50 grams of white, cut dice -
- Tauco 3 tbsp -
- Tomato red fruit 2, part 4 -
- 200 ml thick coconut milk -
- Water 100 ml broth -
- Oil for frying -

Flavor slices :
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Green chili 3 pieces, discard the seeds, thinly sliced -
- 2 large red chilli pieces, remove seeds, slice oblique -
- Citronella 1 stem, bruise -
- Bay-leaf leaves 1 sheet -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- Acid fruit 1 -
- 1 tsp Sugar sand -
- Salt sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Heat cooking oil, stir fry garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Enter shrimp, know, tauco tomatoes, red chili, green chili and other remaining ingredients. Cook until shrimp changes color.
3. Enter the long beans and broth, cook until beans 1 / 2 cooked.
4. Tuang milk, salt and sugar, and stirred continuously until the long-cooked beans, lift.
5. Serve warm.

Sayur Tauco

Bahan :
- Kacang panjang 150 gram, potong 3 cm -
- Udang 100 gram, buang kulit dan kepala -
- Tahu putih 50 gram, potong dadu -
- Tauco 3 sdm -
- Tomat merah 2 buah, belah 4 -
- Santan kental 200 ml -
- Air kaldu 100 ml -
- Minyak goreng untuk menumis -

Bumbu iris :
- Bawang merah 4 butir -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Cabai hijau 3 buah, buang biji, iris tipis -
- Cabai merah besar 2 buah, buang biji, iris serong -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -
- Daun salam 1 lembar -
- Lengkuas 2 cm, memarkan -
- Asam gelugur 1 buah -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum.
2. Masukkan udang, tahu, tomat tauoco, cabai merah, cabai hijau dan sisa bumbu lainnya. Masak hingga udang berubah warna.
3. Masukkan kacang panjang dan kaldu, masak hingga kacang 1/2 matang.
4. Tuang santan, garam dan gula pasir.Masak sambil terus diaduk hingga kacang panjang matang, angkat.
5. Sajikan hangat.
