Sponge Steam Leaves Suji *
Ingredients :
- 125 grams of sugar -
- 200 ml water -

Bahan :

- 1 tetes pasta pandan -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 3 butir telur -
- 150 gram tepung terigu -
- 1/2 sdt baking powder -
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air dan gula pasir hingga mendidih, angkat dan setelah dingin ukur 175 ml.
2. Kocok telur hingga kental, masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder sambil diayak.
3. Masukkan air gula, garam, dan air daun suji sambil diaduk rata.
4. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan, kukus selama 15 menit.
5. Angkat lalu sajikan.
