Sticky Rice with Oncom*
Ingredients :
- 200 grams of sticky rice, soaked 1 hr -
- 125 ml water -
- 100 grams coconut half old, roughly shredded peeled ago -
- Banana leaf to conceal -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
Oncom* :
- 400 grams oncom*, burned briefly, roughly chopped -
- Basil shoots 15 -
- 150 ml thick coconut milk -
Fine spices:
- 5 pieces red chili -
- 3 pieces chili sauce -
- 4 cm greater galingale -
- 1 tsp paste
- 1 / 4 tsp sugar -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp tamarind water -
How to prepare :
1. Sticky rice steam for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil water and salt. Enter the sticky rice while the rice stirred to be merged.

Ketan Sambal Oncom
Bahan :
- 200 gram beras ketan, direndam 1 jam -
- 125 ml air -
- 100 gram kelapa setengah tua, dikupas lalu diparut kasar -
- Daun pisang untuk membungkus -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
Bahan sambal :
- 400 gram oncom, dibakar sebentar, cincang kasar -
- 15 pucuk daun kemangi -
- 150 ml santan kental -
Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah -
- 3 buah cabai rawit -
- 4 cm kencur -
- 1 sdt terasi -
- 1/4 sdt gula pasir -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt air asam jawa -
Cara membuat :
1. Kukus beras ketan selama 30 menit. Sementara itu didihkan air dan garam. Masukkan beras ketan sambil diaduk hingga terserap.
2. Tambahkan kelapa parut lalu kukus sampai matang. Angkat lalu dihaluskan. Bagi menjadi 10 bagian lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang.
3. Buat sambal, tumis bumbu halus. Setelah harum masukkan oncom, kemangi, air asam jawa dan santan. Aduk hingga bumbu meresap.
4.Sajikan ketan dengan sambal oncom.
