Ingredients :
- White Rice 250 grams -
- Sticky rice 100 grams -
- Young coconut 1 / 2 grain, seam-aft -
- 150 grams of sugar palm sugar, sliced thin -
- 5 tbsp water -
- 1 tsp salt -
How to prepare :
1. Wash white rice and sticky rice to clean, soaked to water for 24 hours.
2. Dried rice, mashed to a flour. Sieve,separate out.
3. Sticky rice mixed rice flour, white rice, grated coconut, palm sugar and salt, poke average.
4. Take a little dough, and clench. Do until the dough runs out.
5. Steam the dough for 15 minutes until cooked.
6. Lift, served warm.

Itak Pohul-Pohul
Bahan :
- Beras putih 250 gram -
- Beras ketan 100 gram -
- Kelapa muda 1/2 butir, parut memanjang -
- Gula aren 150 gram, iris tipis -
- Air 5 sdm -
- Garam 1 sdt -
Cara membuat :
1. Cuci beras putih dan beras ketan hingga bersih, rendam selama 24 jam.
2. Tiriskan beras, haluskan hingga menjadi tupung. Ayak, sisihkan.
3. Campur tepung beras ketan, beras putih, kelapa parut, gula aren dan garam, aduk rata.
4. Ambil sedikit adonan, lalu kepalkan. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
5. Kukus adonan selama 15 menit hingga matang.
6. Angkat, sajikan hangat.
