FRIED RIB SOUP - Sup Iga Goreng

Fried Rib Soup

Ingredients :
- Rib beef 250 grams, boiled, fried -
- 50 grams of broccoli, cut each bud -
- 50 grams Carrot, cut the form of interest -
- Water 500 ml rib stew -
- Cooking oil sufficiently -

Ingredients:
- Garlic 3 cloves, finely chopped -
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped -
- 1 onion stem leaves, sliced thin -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- Salt sufficiently -
- Sugar sand sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil, stir fry ingredients until fragrant and cooked, lift.
2. Pour flavor in broth, boiled until boiling.
3. Enter the carrots, cook until half cooked. Add cooked broccoli until cooked, lift.
4. Serve warm with rib sauce.

For 2 portions

Sup Iga Goreng

Bahan :
- Iga sapi 250 gram, rebus, goreng -
- Brokoli 50 gram, potong perkuntum -
- Wortel 50 gram, potong bentuk bunga -
- Air rebusan iga 500 ml -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang halus -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, cincang halus -
- Daun bawang 1 batang, iris tipis -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu hingga harum dan matang, angkat.
2. Tuang bumbu tumis dalam kaldu, rebus hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan wortel, masak hingga setengah matang. Tambahkan brokoli masak hingga matang, angkat.
4. Sajikan hangat iga bersama kuah.
