RISSOLE THIN RICE NOODLES - Risoles Bihun

Rissole Thin Rice Noodles

Ingredients :
- 250 grams of high protein wheat flour -
- 2 egg white -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 500 ml water -
- 1 egg white for the placard -

How to prepare :

Bahan :

- 150 gram bihun, direndam -

Bumbu halus :
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt merica -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur bahan kulit lalu mikser sebentar hingga rata. Buat dadar satu persatu tipis-tipis.
2. Buat isi : tumis bumbu halus sampai matang. Masukkan wortel, aduk hingga setengah layu. Tambahkan bihun, aduk sampai bumbu meresap.
3. Ambil selembar kulit dadar, sendokkan isi lalu gulung, rekatkan dengan putih telur.
4. Goreng hingga kering dan matang.
