TRUNK CHEESE - Batang Keju

Trunk Cheese

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of wheat flour -
- 100 grams of flour starch -
- 1 / 4 tsp baking soda -
- 1 wrapped tea IM -
- 2 2 eggs -
- 50 ml of water -
- 50 grams of shredded cheddar cheese -
- Oil for stir fry -

How to prepare :
1. Sieve wheat flour, starch flour and baking soda and enter the stock IM.
2. Poke eggs and water to pour ago while in the dough evenly stirred.
3. Add cheddar cheese poke ago. Leave for 10 minutes.
3. Dough grinding ago cut width 1 / 2 cm length of 8 cm.
4. Fry in hot oil until dry and are restless.

For 300 grams

Batang Keju

Bahan :
- 150 gram tepung terigu -
- 100 gram tepung kanji -
- 1/4 sdt soda kue -
- 1 bungkus kaldu instan -
- 2 btr telur -
- 50 ml air -
- 50 gram keju cheddar diparut -
- Minyak untuk mengoreng -

Cara membuat :
1. Ayak tepung terigu, tepung kanji dan soda kue lalu masukkan kaldu instan.
2. Aduk telur dan air lalu tuang ke dalam adonan sambil diaduk rata.
3. Tambahkan keju cheddar lalu aduk. Diamkan selama 10 menit.
3. Giling tipis lalu potong lebar 1/2 cm panjang 8 cm.
4. Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kering dan renyah.

Untuk 300 gram
