STICKY RICE MIXED CASSAVA - Urap Ketan Singkong

Sticky Rice Mixed Cassava

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of rice sticky rice, soaked 1 hr, 20 minutes marten -
- 150 grams of cassava, shredded coarse -
- 200 grams of brown sugar, be combed smooth -
- 1 pieces of pandanus leaves -
- 150 grams shredded coconut half old rough -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -

Ingredients sauce :
- 200 grams of brown sugar be combed smooth -
- 2 pieces of pandanus leaves -
- 150 ml water -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Boil the water and enter the rice sticky rice steam, slosh to be merged.
2. Add cassava, palm sugar, pandanus leaves, coconut and a half old salt, poke average.
3. Steam until cooked for 35 minutes.
4. Boil the sauce until boiling and sugar dissolves, filtered ago boiled until thick.
5. Place on the sticky rice mixed cassava.

Urap Ketan Singkong


Bahan :
- 200 gram beras ketan, direndam 1 jam, kukus 20 menit -
- 150 gram singkong, diparut kasar -
- 200 gram gula merah, disisir halus -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 150 gram kelapa setengah tua diparut kasar -
- 1/2 sdt garam -

Bahan saus :
- 200 gram gula merah disisir halus -
- 2 lembar daun pandan -
- 150 ml air -
- 1/4 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air lalu masukkan beras ketan kukus, aduk hingga terserap.
2. Tambahkan singkong, gula merah, daun pandan, kelapa setengah tua dan garam, aduk rata.
3. Kukus sampai matang selama 35 menit.
4. Rebus bahan saus hingga mendidih dan gula larut, saring lalu rebus lagi sampai kental.
5. Siram di atas urap ketan singkong.
