RUWOK

Ruwok

The bottom of the ingredients :
- 4 yellow -
- 75 grams of sugar -
- 200 ml milk -
- 25 gr wheat flour -

The top of the ingredients :
- 3 white -
- 15 grams of sugar -
- Red plum and cherry for garnish -

How to prepare :
1. Shake yolk and sugar until sugar dissolves. Enter milk slowly stirred while until flat.
2.Pour flour, poke average. Pour to hold heat in the dish be oiled margarine. Oven for 25 minutes with a temperature of 160oC.
3. Create a layer of: shake egg white until frothy. Enter a whipped sugar until stiff.

Bahan bawah :
- 4 kuning telur -
- 75 gram gula pasir -
- 200 ml susu -
- 25 gr tepung terigu -

Bahan atas :
- 3 putih telur -
- 15 gram gula pasir -
- kismis dan ceri merah untuk hiasan -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok kuning telur dan gula hingga gula larut. Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata.
2.Masukkan tepung, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas yang diolesi margarin. Oven selama 25 menit dengan suhu 160oC.
3. Buat lapisan atas : kocok putih telur hingga berbusa. Masukkan gula sambil dikocok hingga kaku.
4. Tuang ke atas lapisan I, tata ceri dan kismis. Oven sampai matang.
