MEATBALL SAUCE,SPICY SAUSAGE - Bakso Cumi Berkuah

Meatball Sauce, Spicy Sausage

Ingredients :
- 5 beef meatball fruit, cut -
- 2 pieces beef sausage, cut -
- Carrot 1 fruit, cut dice -
- 4 tbsp Peanut pod -
- 750 ml beef broth -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -

Fine spices:
- 3 cloves Garlic -
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce -
- 3 tbsp chilli sauce -
- Salt sufficiently -
- Sugar sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Stir fry fine spices until smooth, pour in the stock lift the cow.
2. Boil broth until boiling.
3. Enter the carrots, cook until 1 / 2 cooked, add the other ingredients. Cook until cooked, lift.
4. Serve.

Bakso Cumi Berkuah

Bahan :
- Bakso cumi 5 buah, siap beli dan belah jadi dua -
- Daging ayam 150 gram, potong dadu -
- Jamur merang 75 gram, rendam hingga mekar -
- Soun 50 gram, rendam hingga mekar -
- Air kaldu 50 ml -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, cincang halus -
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang halus -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Minyak goreng 4 sdm -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Saus tiram 6 sdm -

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Tambahkan bumbu yang lain dan kaldu.
2. Masukkan bahan yang lain, masak hingga matang, angkat dan sajikan.
