VEGETABLES CHEESE FLAVOR - Cah Sayur Bumbu Keju

Vegetable Cheese Flavor

Ingredients :
- 2 fruit zucchini, cut -
- 200 grams of broccoli, cut each bud -
- Flower 100 grams of cabbage, cut each bud -
- 3 pieces Carrot, cut askew -
- Onion 5 grains, rough-cut -
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit, cut rough -
- 75 grams of margarine -
- Water 500 ml -
- 200 ml liquid broth -
- Permesan cheese, for topping -

Ingredients :
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- 125 grams of cheddar cheese, stomach -

How to prepare :
1. Boil the water boiled broccoli, cabbage flowers, carrots and zucchini for 3 minutes, lift, drained.
2. Melted margarine, stir fry chopped onion until fragrant.
3. Add pepper, salt, cheddar cheese and broth. Cook until boiling.
4. Enter the onion slices and onion, cook until cooked.

Cah Sayur Bumbu Keju


Bahan :
- Timun jepang 2 buah, potong -
- Brokoli 200 gram, potong perkuntum -

- Wortel 3 buah, potong serong -
- Bawang merah 5 butir, potong kasar -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, potong kasar -
- Margarin 75 gram -
- Air 500 ml -
- Kaldu cair 200 ml -
- Keju permesan, untuk taburan -

Bumbu :
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, cincang halus -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Keju cheddar 125 gram, perut -

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air rebus brokoli, bunga kol, wortel dan mentimun jepang selama 3 menit, angkat, tiriskan.
2. Lelehkan margarin, tumis bawang bombay cincang hingga harum.
3. Tambahkan merica, garam, keju cheddar dan kaldu. Masak hingga mendidih.
4. Masukkan bawang bombay iris dan bawang merah, masak hingga matang.
5. Masukkan semua sayuran, masak selama 5 menit, angkat.
6. Sajikan cah sayur dengan taburan keju permesan.
