CHICKEN POP - Ayam Pop

Chicken Pop

Ingredients :
- 1 chicken tail, cut the 4 -
- 750 ml water -
- 1 / 4 tsp vinegar -

Fine spices :
- 4 cloves garlic -
- 2 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Remove the chicken skin, separate .
2. Boil ingredients in the smooth water with a little vinegar to boiling, enter the chicken.
3. Cook chicken until soft and water dry up.
4. Heat oil, enter chicken for 1 minute, lift.

For 6 portions

Ayam Pop

Bahan :
- 1 ekor ayam kampung, dipotong 4 bagian -
- 750 ml air -
- 1/4 sdt cuka -

Bumbu halus :
- 4 siung bawang putih -
- 2 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Lepaskan kulit ayam, sisihkan.
2. Rebus bumbu halus di dalam air bersama sedikit cuka hingga mendidih, masukkan ayam.
3. Masak sampai ayam lunak dan air mengering.
4. Panaskan minyak, celupkan ayam selama 1 menit, angkat.
