CHOCOLATE MARBEL - Coklat Marbel

Chocolate Marbel

Ingredients :
- 8 chicken eggs grains -
- Sugar 130 grams of fine -
- 1 tbsp emulsifer (Ovalet) -
- 100 grams of wheat flour -
- 1 tbsp maize -
- 175 grams of margarine, melted -
- Brown 75 grams of cooked slab, melted -
- Brown 75 grams of cooked white, melted -

Decoration:
- Butter cream sufficiently -
- Chocolate cooked -
- Cherry red -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed all ingredients except chocolate and margarine. Shake to expand.
2. Pour liquid margarine, poke average.
3. For the dough into two parts. Add one part-baked dough with a chocolate slab and the other one with white chocolate cooking, poke average.
4. Pour dough alternately white and chocolate dough in rounded brass diameter 22 be oil margarine.
5. Roast in the oven temperature to 170oC cake cooked, lift.
6. Ornamental cake with butter cream, chocolate and cherries. Serve.

Coklat Marbel

Bahan :
- Telur ayam 8 butir -
- Gula halus 130 gram -
- Ovalet 1 sdm -
- Tepung terigu 100 gram -
- Tepung maizena 1 sdm -
- Margarin 175 gram, cairkan -
- Coklat masak pekat 75 gram, cairkan -
- Coklat masak putih 75 gram, cairkan -

Hiasan :
- Butter krim secukupnya -
- Coklat masak -
- Ceri merah -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bahn kecuali coklat dan margarin. Kocok hingga mengembang.
2. Tuangkan margarin cair, aduk rata.
3. Bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian. Tambahkan satu bagian adonan dengan coklat masak pekat dan satu bagian lainnya dengan coklat masak putih, aduk rata.
4. Tuang secara bergantian adonan putih dan adonan coklat dalam loyang bulat diameter 22 bersemir margarin.
5. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 170 oC hingga kue matang, angkat.
6. Hias kue dengan butter krim, coklat dan ceri. Sajikan.
