BANANA COCONUT CAKE - Cake Pisang Kelapa

Banana Coconut Cake

Ingredients :
- Margarine 115 grams -
- Sugar kastor 115 grams -
- 2 chicken eggs grains -
- Eggs 115 grams self raising -
- 25 grams of wheat flour -
- Brown powder 25 grams -
- Baking powder 25 grams -
- Milk 120 ml liquid -
- Banana king 2 fruit, soften -
- 75 grams of grated coconut, roasted -

Toping:
- 25 grams of margarine --
- Honey 30 ml --
- Coconut grated 115 grams --

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine, sugar and egg until soft.
2. Mixed wheat, self raising, cocoa and baking powder. Mixed milk liquid and bananas, even confused.
3. Mixed dough margarine, corn, coconut and banana dough, poke to the average. Pour in brass rectangular size 18 cm repose be oiled paper and bread margarine. Roast until cooked dough, lift.
4. Toping: Tim margarine and honey, add the coconut. Cook until the color yellow, brown, lift.
5. Pour over cake toping, cut and serve.

Cake Pisang Kelapa

Bahan :
- Margarin 115 gram -
- Gula kastor 115 gram -
- Telur ayam 2 butir -
- Telur self raising 115 gram -
- Tepung terigu 25 gram -
- Coklat bubuk 25 gram -
- Baking powder 25 gram -
- Susu cair 120 ml -
- Pisang raja 2 buah, lembutkan -
- Kelapa parut 75 gram, panggang -

Toping :
- Margarin 25 gram -
- Madu 30 ml -
- Kelapa parut 115 gram -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin, gula dan telur hingga lembut.
2. Campur terigu, self raising, coklat bubuk dan baking powder. Campur susu cair dan pisang, aduk rata.
3. Campur adonan margarin, terigu, kelapa dan adonan pisang, aduk hingga rata. Tuang dalam loyang segi empat ukuran 18 cm beralas kertas roti dan diolesi margarin. Panggang adonan hingga matang, angkat.
4. Toping : Tim margarin dan madu, tambahkan kelapa. Masak hingga warnanya kuning kecoklatan, angkat.
5. Tuangkan toping di atas cake, potong dan sajikan.
