MEATBALL SHRIMP - Bakso Udang

Meatball Shrimp

Ingredients :
- 20 shrimp meatball grains, ready to buy -
- 150 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled and sliced crosswise clear -
- Leaf bokcoy 250 grams -
- 100 grams bean sprouts,weed -
- 1 tbsp vinegar cooked -

Ingredients broth :
- Beef broth 1 liter -
- 3 cloves garlic,mashed -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- 1 tsp sesame oil -

Complement :
- Wonton skin 8 pieces, fried slices of the triangle -
- Fried garlic 2 tbsp , mashed -
- Chili sauce sufficiently -

How to create:
1. Meatball frying until half dry, lift, drained.
2. Fried shrimp and a half to dry out, lift and drained.
3. Broth: mixed all ingredients to boiling stew, lift, separate.
4. Set the bowl in pokcoy meatball, fried shrimp, bean sprouts and fried know. Pour broth sufficiently .
5. Add complementary, serve.

For 2 portions

Bakso Udang

Bahan :
- Bakso udang 20 butir, siap beli -
- Udang segar 150 gram, kupas bersihkan dan iris melintang -
- Tahu putih 5 buah, potong dadu -
- Daun bokcoy 250 gram -
- Taoge 100 gram, siangi -
- Cuka masak 1 sdm -

Bahan kaldu :
- Kaldu daging sapi 1 liter -
- Bawang putih 3 siung, haluskan -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Minyak wijen 1 sdt -

Pelengkap :
- Kulit pangsit 8 lembar, iris segitiga goreng -
- Bawang putih goreng 2 sdm, haluskan -
- Saus sambal secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Goreng bakso hingga setengah kerin, angkat, tiriskan.
2. Goreng udang dan tahu hingga setengah kering, angkat dan tiriskan.
3. Kaldu : campur semua bahan rebus hingga mendidih, angkat, sisihkan.
4. Atur pokcoy dalam mangkuk bakso, udang goreng, tahu goreng dan taoge. Tuangi kaldu secukupnya.
5. Tambahkan pelengkap, sajikan.
