TARTLET

Tartlet

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of wheat flour -
- Refined sugar 125 grams -
- Margarine 250 grams -
- Eggs 100 grams -
- Baking powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Chocolate paste 2 tsp -

Content :
- Brown 100 grams of cooked slab, melted -
- 40 grams of maize, melted -
- Milk 200 ml liquid -
- Refined sugar 30 grams -
- 1 tbsp margarine -

Decoration :
- Shaved chocolate sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed all in leather, to poke and wrapping can be formed.

- Tepung terigu 500 gram -

Isi :
- Coklat masak pekat 100 gram, cairkan -
- Tepung maizena 40 gram, cairkan -
- Susu cair 200 ml -
- Gula pasir 30 gram -
- Margarin 1 sdm -

Hiasan :
- Coklat serut secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan kulit, aduk hingga rata dan dapat dibentuk.
2. Cetak adonan dalam cetakan api bersemir margarin.
3. Tusuk bagian dasar pai dengan garpu, panggang dalam oven bersuhu 150oC hingga matang, angkat.
4. Isi : Rebus susu dan gula hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung maizena. Masak hingga matang dan mengental, tambahkan coklat masak dan ,argarin aduk rata. Angkat.
5. Isi kulit dengan adonan isi, hias dengan coklat serut. Sajikan.
