STICKY RICE BALL SOYBEAN POWDER - Ketan Bertabur Bubuk Kedelai

Sticky Rice Soybean Powder

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of rice sticky rice soaked 1 hr -
- 150 ml water -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 pieces of pandanus leaves -

Soybean powder :
- 100 grams of soybean fry without oil until cooked, then fine blender -
- 3 red chili fruit, cut -
- 2 cayenne fruit, cut -
- 10 pieces of basil -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 3 tsp sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Steam sticky rice for 20 minutes. Boil water, salt and pandanus leaves and enter the sticky rice to be merged while stirred.
2. Steam-cooked. Lift the heat, pounded briefly. .

Ketan Bertabur Bubuk Kedelai


Bahan :
- 200 gram beras ketan direndan 1 jam -
- 150 ml air -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -

Bahan bubuk kedelai :
- 100 gram kedelai disangrai sampai matang lalu diblender halus -
- 3 buah cabai merah, dipotong-potong -
- 2 buah cabai rawit, dipotong-potong -
- 10 lembar daun kemangi -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 3 sdt gula pasir -

Cara membuat :
1. Kukus ketan selama 20 menit. Didihkan air, garam dan daun pandan lalu masukkan ketan sambil diaduk hingga terserap.
2. Kukus matang. Angkat panas-panas ditumbuk sebentar.
3. Bentuk lonjong seperti combro lalu goreng hingga berkulit.
4. Sangrai bahan bubuk kedelai kecuali gula dan garam. Blender lembut lalu masukkan garam dan gula. Aduk rata.
5. Sajikan hangat.
