KORNET BREAD FRIED VEGETABLES - Roti Goreng Kornet Sayuran

Kornet Bread Fried Vegetables

Ingredients :
- 400 grams of high protein wheat flour -
- 2 eggs yellow -
- 75 grams of sugar -
- 1 / 2 packet yeast IM -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 225 ml water -
- 75 grams of margarine -

Ingredients contents :
- 200 grams of potatoes, cut a small box, half-baked fries -
- 200 carrots, cut a small box, boiled -
- 50 grams kornet cow -
- 5 grains of red onion, finely chopped -
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped -
- 2 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp sugar -

- 2 egg white -
- 100 grams of bread flour -

How to prepare :

Roti Goreng Kornet Sayuran

Bahan :
- 400 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi -
- 2 kuning telur -
- 75 gram gula pasir -

- 225 ml air -
- 75 gram margarin -

Bahan isi :
- 200 gram kentang, potong kotak kecil, goreng setengah matang -
- 200 wortel, dipotong kotak kecil, rebus -
- 50 gram kornet sapi -
- 5 butir bawang merah, dicincang halus -
- 3 siung bawang putih dicincang halus -
- 2 sdt garam -
- 1 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1 sdt gula pasir -

Bahan pelapis :
- 2 putih telur -
- 100 gram tepung roti -
- Minyak untuk menggoreng -

Cara membuat :
1. Uleni bahan roti goreng hingga elastis, diamkan selama 30 menit.
2. Kempiskan adonan lalu timbang, masing-masing 20 gram, lalu bulatkan.
3. Buat isi : tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan kentang, wortel dan kornet sambil diaduk hingga matang. Bumbui garam, merica dan gula. Aduk rata.
4. Isikan roti goreng dengan bahan isi lalu tutup dan bulatkan kembali.
5. Celup ke dalam telur lalu gulingkan ke dalam tepung roti.
6. Goreng sampai matang.
