CASSAVA CROQUETTE- Kroket Singkong

Cassava Croquette

In leather :
- 800 grams of mashed cassava marten -
- 4 tbsp milk powder -
- 1 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder -

Ingredients contents :
- 3 red chili chopped fruit -
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped -
- Stem leaves 1 onion finely sliced --
- 150 grams of finely chopped oncom* -
- 50 grams sliced pea long -
- 125 grams of carrot cut matchbox -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder -
- 100 ml coconut milk -
- 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 2 tbsp for stir fry -

Sheathing :
- 100 grams of bread flour -
- 2 eggs -

How to prepare :
1. Stir fry red chili, garlic and spring onion until cooked. Add oncom, pea and carrot.
2. Add salt, pepper, coconut milk and sugar, cooked until poke. Refrigerate.

Kroket Singkong

Bahan kulit :
- 800 gram singkong kukus dihaluskan -
- 4 sdm susu bubuk -
- 1 sdt garam -
- 1 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1 sdt pala bubuk -

Bahan isi :
- 3 buah cabai merah dicincang -
- 2 siung bawang putih dicincang halus -
- 1 batang daun bawang diiris halus -
- 150 gram oncom dicincang halus -
- 50 gram kapri diiris panjang -
- 125 gram wortel dipotong korek api -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -
- 100 ml santan -
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir -
- 2 sdm untuk menumis -

Bahan pelapis :
- 100 gram tepung roti -
- 2 butir telur -

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis cabai merah, bawang putih dan daun bawang hingga matang. Tambahkan oncom, kapri dan wortel.
2. Tambahkan garam, merica, santan da gula, aduk sampai matang. Dinginkan.
3. Aduk bahan kulit lalu pipihkan. Sendokkan isi lalu bentuk lonjong.
4. Celup ke telur lalu gulingkan ke tepung raoti. Goreng hingga kecoklatan.
