Arsik Gold Fish
Ingredients :
- 1 gold fish tails, clean shell, viscera and fish gills -
- Water lemon 1 tbsp -
- 2 Tomato red fruit, so part 4 -
- Citronella 2 stem, bruise -
- Andaliman 2 tsp -
- Water 150 ml -
- Onion from batak 50 grams, dispose of leaves -
- Flowers kecombrang 1 fruit -
- 50 ml coconut milk -
Fine spices:
- Cayenne fruit 7 -
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Candlenut 2 grains -
- Turmeric 3 cm -
- Ginger 2 cm -
- Salt sufficiently -
How to prepare :
1. Fish mixed with lime juice, leave for 15 minutes, drained.
2. Fish mixed with spices to cover the fine throughout the fish.
3. Prepare the pan and place the flowers kecombrang and citronellain the bottom of pan. Put the gold fish, add water, salt, sugar, coconut milk and andaliman, poke average.

Arsik Ikan Mas
Bahan :
- Ikan mas 1 ekor, bersihkan sisik, ingsang dan isi perut -
- Air jeruk nipis 1 sdm -
- Tomat merah 2 buah, belah jadi 4 -
- Serai 2 batang, memarkan -
- Andaliman 2 sdt -
- Air 150 ml -
- Bawang batak 50 gram, buang daunnya -
- Bunga kecombrang 1 buah -
- Santan 50 ml -
Bumbu halus :
- Cabai merah 7 buah -
- Bawang merah 4 bitur -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Kemiri 2 butir -
- Kunyit 3 cm -
- Jahe 2 cm -
- Garam secukupnya -
Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 15 menit, tiriskan.
2. Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus hingga menutupi seluruh bagian ikan.
3. Siapkan wajan letakkan bunga kecombrang dan serai didasar wajan. Letakkan ikan mas, tambahkan air, garam, gula pasir, santan dan andaliman, aduk rata.
4. Masak dengan api kecil hingga ikan matang dan bumbu meresap.
5. Tambahkan tomat dan bawang batak, masak hinggakuah sedikit mengental, angkat.
6. Sajikan segera.
