CHEESE CORN CHIPS - Keripik Jagung Keju

Cheese Corn Chips

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of wheat flour protein are -
- 30 grams of maize -
- 30 grams grated cheddar cheese -
- 75 grams sweet corn boiled, to remove from the cob, mashed -
- 1 / 2 tsp chicken stock powder -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 egg, whipped loose -

How to prepare :

Keripik Jagung Keju

Bahan :
- 200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 30 gram tepung maizena -
- 30 gram keju cheddar parut -
- 75 gram jagung manis pipil rebus, dihaluskan -
- 1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 butir telur, dikocok lepas -
- 30 gram margarin -

Cara membuat :
1. Aduk adonan sampai bergumpal.
2. Giling adonan di gilingan mie. Mulai dari gilingan yang paling tebal(nomor 1). Setalah 2-3 kali giling. Masukkan ke nomor 3. Bagitu seterusnya hinggan digilingan nomor 8.
3. Potong-potong bergerigi 10X1 1/2 cm.
4. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.

Untuk 300 gram
