CHICKEN SOUP SPICY - Sup Ayam Pedas

Chicken Soup, Spicy

Ingredients :
- Fillet 400 grams chicken, cut dice -
- Carrot 100 grams, the form of interest -
- 100 grams of macaroni -
- Peanut pod 100 grams -
- Bread fresh fruit 6 -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- 50 grams of margarine for menumis -
- 250 ml water, boil for macaroni -
- 600 ml chicken broth -

Ingredients:
- Garlic 3 cloves, chopped -
- Bombay 1 / 2 fruit, sliced thin -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- Sambal sauce 100 grams -
- 50 grams of tomato sauce -
- Salt -
- 1 tbsp Sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Boil water and margarine to boiling. Enter macaroni boiled until cooked, lift.
2. Fried ingredients with margarine until fragrant. Enter the chicken, carrots, and macaroni acang pod. Add chicken broth, cook until boiling, lift.
3. Grilled bread and baked until dry.
4. Serve warm with bread.

Sup Ayam Pedas

Bahan :
- Fillet ayam 400 gram, potong dadu -
- Wortel 100 gram, bentuk bunga -
- Makaroni 100 gram -
- Kacang polong 100 gram -
- Roti tawar 6 buah -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Margarin 50 gram untuk menumis -
- Air 250 ml, untuk merebus makaroni -
- Kaldu ayam 600 ml -

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, iris tipis -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Saus sambal 100 gram -
- Saus tomat 50 gram -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir 1 sdm -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air dan margarin hingga mendidih. Masukkan makaroni rebus hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.
2. Tumis bumbu dengan margarin hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam, wortel, acang polong dan makaroni. Tambahkan kaldu ayam, masak hingga mendidih, angkat.
3. Panggang roti hingga matang dan kering, sisihkan.
4. Sajikan hangat beserta roti.
