DRY COCONUT COOKIES - Cookies Kelapa Kering

Dry Coconut Cookies

Material:
- Margarine 225 grams -
- 300 grams of wheat flour -
- Baking powder 1 tsp -
- Sugar 125 grams of sand -
- Salt -
- 1 clove chicken eggs, shake -
- Vanilli powder 1 / 2 tsp -

- Kelapa parut manis kering 200 gram, siap pakai -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur terigu, baking powder, gula dan garam hingga rata.
2. Masukkan margarin, aduk rata, tambahkan telur dan kelapa parut aduk rata.
3. Bentuk adonan bulat pipih, buat motif dengan garpu.
4. Atur dalam loyang bersemir margarin, panggang kukis dengan sushu 160oC hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Taburi kukis dengan gula donat.
6. Sajikan.
