CORN CAT TONGUE - Lidah Kucing Jagung

Corn Cat Tongue

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of margarine -
- 50 grams of sugar flour -
- 75 grams sweet corn boiled,to remove from the cob, mashed -
- 130 grams of low-protein wheat flour -
- 20 grams of milk powder -
- 4 white eggs -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 60 grams of sugar flour -

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine and sugar until white flour. Add sweet corn. Average shake.
2. Enter the wheat flour and milk powder while filtered and stirred evenly. Separate .
3. Shake egg white and salt until the half. Sugar Add flour a little bit shaken up and expand.
4. Pour to a mixture of wheat flour a little bit while slowly stirred. Enter a plastic bag in a triangle.
5. Spray a circle over the brass base of the paper without bread be oiled.
6. 25 minutes with the oven temperature 140oC.

Lidah Kucing Jagung


Bahan :
- 150 gram margarin -
- 50 gram gula tepung -
- 75 gram jagung manis pipil rebus, dihaluskan -
- 130 gram tepung terigu protein rendah -
- 20 gram susu bubuk -
- 4 putih telur -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 60 gram gula tepung -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin dan gula tepung sampai putih. Tambahkan jagung manis. Kocok rata.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Sisihkan.
3. Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula tepung sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
4. Tuang ke campuran tepung terigu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan. Masukkan dalam kantung plastik segitiga.
5. Semprot melingkar diloyang yang dialas kertas roti tanpa dioles.
6. Oven 25 menit dengan suhu 140oC.
