KOPYOR SYNTHETIC ICE - Es Kopyor Sintetis

Kopyor Synthetic Ice

Ingredients :
- To have so-powder, 1 packet -
- 500 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut grains -
- 4 tbsp sugar sand -
- Salt -
- Fragrant pandan leaves 2 pieces -
- Coco pandan syrup red (+ 250 ml) -
- Young coconut water 1 lt -
- Es cubes 1 block --

How to prepare :
1. Mixed jelly, coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves. stirred evenly.
2. Boil until stirred while boiling coconut milk is not so broken. Lift the heat and let steam lost.
3. Com Prepare the dough, fill with 250 ml of coconut water and young ice.
4. Enter the dough jelly spoon for spoon until the dough runs out.
5. Prepare the food cup, give syrup, add copyor synthetic (gelatin dough) and ice. give young coconut water little by little until the glass is full. Serve cold.

Tips:
- Es kopyor more delicious when served if accompanied by the young coconut meat.
- Color and taste syrup can taste appropriate, examples of green pandan syrup.

Es Kopyor Sintetis

Bahan :
- Agar-agar bubuk 1 bungkus –
- Santan 500 ml dari ½ butir kelapa –
- Gula pasir 4 sdm –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Daun pandan wangi 2 lembar –
- Sirup coco pandan warna merah secukupnya ( + 250 ml) –
- Air kelapa muda 1 lt –
- Es batu 1 balok –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur agar-agar, santan,gula pasir, garam dan daun pandan. Aduk rata.
2. Rebus hingga mendidih sambil diaduk agar santan tidak pecah. Angkat dan biarkan uap panasnya hilang.
3. Siapkan com adonan, isi dengan 250 ml air kelapa muda dan es batu.
4. Tuang adonan agar-agar sesendok demi sesendok hingga adonan habis.
5. Siapkan gelas saji, tuang sirup secukupnya, tambahkan copyor sintetis (adonan agar-agar) dan es batu. Tuang air kelapa muda sedikit demi sedikit hingga gelas penuh. Sajikan dingin.

Tips :
- Es kopyor akan lebih nikmat jika saat penyajian disertai dengan daging kelapa muda.
- Warna dan rasa sirup bisa dikreasikan sesuai selera, contoh sirup pandan hijau.
