MINT JELLY PAIN - Jeli Rasa Mint

Mint Jelly Pain

Ingredients :
- 1 kg green apple -
- Water 1 lt -
- 4 Orange lemon -
- Sugar 550 grams of sand -
- 25 grams of mint leaves, finely chopped -
- Essen mint 1 / 4 tsp -
- 3 drops of green coloring -

How to prepare :
1. Clean-cut apple pieces.
2. Take orange juice lemon ago give water to 125 ml

Jeli Rasa Mint

Bahan :
- Apel hijau 1 kg -
- Air 1 lt -
- Jeruk lemon 4 buah -
- Gula pasir 550 gram -

- pewarna hijau 3 tetes -

Cara membuat :
1. Bersihkan apel potong-potong.
2. Peras lemon tambahkan air hingga 125 ml.
3. Rebus apel, air jeruk lemon dan daun mint hingga apel lunak.
4. Saring rebusan apel.
5. Tuang rebusan apel, essen mint, gula pasir, pewarna hijau dan daun mint cincang dalam panci. Rebus dengan api kecil hingga mendidih dan mengental sambil terus diaduk, angkat dan bekukan.
6. Sajikan.
