STICKY RICE BALL WITH SAUCE - Bola Ketan Berkuah

Sticky Rice Ball With Sauce

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of rice sticky rice -
- 1 pieces of pandanus leaves -

Bola Ketan Berkuah

Bahan :
- 200 gram beras ketan -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 50 ml air -

- 100 gram kelapa setengah tua, dikupas parut kasar -
- 75 gram gula merah, disisir halus -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 50 ml air -
- 1 1/4 sdt garam -

Bahan santan :
- 200 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Rendam beras ketan selama 1 jam, tiriskan lalu kukus selama 25 menit.
2. Didihkan air, daun pandan dan garam lalu masukkan ketan dan air daun suji. Masak sampai terserap. Kuku selama 45 menit.
3. Masak bahan isi sambil diaduk sampai kering dan merata. Dinginkan lalu bulatkan.
4. Rebus bahan santan sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, dinginkan.
5. Pipihkan 1 sdm adonan ketan, masukkan isi lalu bulatkan.
6. Siram dengan bahan saus.
