COMPLETE STEAK - Bistik Komplit

Complete Steak

Ingredients :
- Cow meat has in the 500 grams, chopped -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- Cheddar cheese 74 grams, grated -
- Carrot100 grams, grated long -
- Potato 100 grams, cut length -
- Beans 100 grams, cut length -

Spices :
- Garlic 4 cloves, chopped -
- Onion 1 / 2 fruit, chopped -
- Salt -
- Pepper powder 1 tsp -
- Sugar 1 / 2 tbsp -
- Celery 10 grams, chopped -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed chopped meat, spices and grated cheese evenly poke. The form of rounded flat.
2. Beef steak with its margarine, then roasted until cooked. Lift.
3. Fried potatoes, carrots, bean with margarine. Its salt, pepper powder and chopped celery. Lift.
4. Serve steak with tomato sauce.

Bistik Komplit


Bahan :
- Daging sapi has dalam 500 gram, cincang -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Keju cheddar parut 74 gram -
- Wortel 100 gram, parut panjang -
- Kentang 100 gram, potong panjang -
- Buncis 100 gram, potong panjang -

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 4 siung, cincang -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, cincang -
- Garan secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdm -
- Seledri cincang 10 gram -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur daging cincang, keju parut dan bumbu aduk rata. Bentuk bulat pipih.
2. Olesi bistik sapi dengan margarin, kemudian bakar hingga matang. Angkat.
3. Tumis kentang, wortel, buncis dengan margarin. Beri garam, merica bubuk dan seledri cincang. Angkat.
4. Sajikan bistik dengan saus tomat.
