SCROLL THROUGH THE CHICKEN - Ayam Gulung Isi

Scroll Through the Chicken

Ingredients :
- Chicken Fillet 500 grams -
- Margarine 150 grams -
- 100 grams of grated cheese -
- Rati Powder 300 grams -
- 2 chicken eggs grain, shake -
- Cooking oil 300 ml -

Spices :
- Garlic 3 cloves, chopped -
- Salt -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tbsp sugar -
- Pala 1 / 2 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Take the chicken fillet give flavor poke average.
2. Mixed grated cheese and margarine until evenly poke. Enter into the bag spuit.
3. Contents fillet chicken with margarine, cheese and then roll to compact.
4. Mix in eggs, flour and bread wrapped with foil aluminiun. Freeze in frezer.
5. Heat oil, fry chicken until cooked contents roll, lift.
6. Serve with chili sauce.

Ayam Gulung Isi

Bahan :
- Fillet ayam 500 gram -
- Margarin 150 gram, lembutkan -
- Keju parut 100 gram -
- Tepung rati 300 gram -
- Telur ayam 2 butir, kocok -
- Minyak goreng 300 ml -

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1 sdm -
- Pala 1/2 sdt -

Cara membuat :
1. Ambil fillet ayam beri bumbu aduk rata.
2. Campur margarin dan keju parut aduk hingga rata. Masukkan ke dalam kantung spuit.
3. Isi fillet ayam dengan margarin, keju kemudian gulung hingga padat.
4. Gulingkan ke dalam telur dan tepung roti bungkus denganh aluminiun foil. Bekukan dalam frezer.
5. Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam gulung isi hingga matang, angkat.
6. Sajikan dengan saus sambal.
