CHICKEN KAILO - Ayam Kailo

Chicken Kailo

Ingredients :
- 1 chickens cut the 10 -
- 2 fruit tamarind -
- 1500 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -
- 2 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 2 pieces of turmeric leaf, tied -
- 5 pieces of rough-skinned citrus leaves -

Fine spices :
- 4 pieces chili red curls -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 8 grains onion -
- 3 cm turmeric burned -
- 1 cm ginger -
- 1 cm galangale -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Boil the coconut milk, smooth flavor, citronella , turmeric leaf and rough-skinned citrus leaves until boiling.
2. Enter tamarin and sour chicken. Cook until cooked and coagulate.

For 10 portions

Ayam Kailo

Bahan :
- 1 ekor ayam dipotong 10 bagian -
- 2 buah asam gelugur -
- 1.500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 2 lembar daun kunyit, diikat -
- 5 lembar daun jeruk purut -

Bumbu halus :
- 4 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 1 sdt ketumbar -
- 8 butir bawang merah -
- 3 cm kunyit dibakar -
- 1 cm jahe -
- 1 cm lengkuas -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 1/2 sdt gula pasir -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus santan, bumbu halus, serai, daun kunyit dan daun jeruk purut sampai mendidih.
2. Masukkan ayam dan asam gelugur. Masak sampai matang dan ketal.
