CURRY FERN - Gulai Pakis

Curry Fern

Ingredients :
- 3 bundle frond, leaves taken -
- 50 grams tengiri salted fish, fried -
- 1000 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 1 sheet turmeric leaf, tied -
- 1 sprig basil leaves -
- 2 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 2 tamarind fruit -
- 3 pieces of rough-skinned citrus leaves -

Fine spices :
- 3 red chili fruit ringleted -
- 3 pieces of red chilli, seeds removed -
- 6 grains onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 2 pieces red chili sauce -
- 2 cm turmeric, burned -
- 1 cm ginger -
- 2 1 / 4 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Boil all ingredients and fine spices, except small salted fish and frond until boiling. Enter the frond. Cook until cooked.

For the portion of 5

Gulai Pakis

Bahan :
- 3 ikat daun pakis, disiangi -
- 50 gram ikan tengiri asin, digoreng -
- 1.000 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 1 lembar daun kunyit, diikat -
- 1 tangkai daun ruku-ruku -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 2 buah asam kandis -
- 3 lembar daun jeruk purut -

Bumbu halus :
- 3 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 3 buah cabai merah besar, dibuang biji -
- 6 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 2 buah cabai rawit merah -
- 2 cm kunyit, dibakar -
- 1 cm jahe -
- 2 1/4 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus semua bahan dan bumbu halus, kecuali ikan teri asin dan daun pakis sampai mendidih. Masukkan daun pakis. Masak sampai matang.
2. Tambahknan ikan teri asin. Aduk rata. Angkat.
