APEM CUKIT

Apem Cukit

Ingredients :
- 225 grams of rice flour -
- 3 / 4 tsp yeast IM -
- 35 grams of sugar -
- 450 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 3 / 4 tsp salt -
- 1 / 4 tsp mocha pasta -

How to prepare :

Bahan :
- 225 gram tepung beras -
- 3/4 sdt ragi instan -
- 35 gram gula pasir -
- 450 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 3/4 sdt garam -
- 1/4 sdt moka pasta -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan apem cukit yang diberi parutan kepala. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Rebus santan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ukur 425 ml santan. Biarkan hangat.
3. Aduk rata tepung beras, ragi instan dan gula pasir.
4. Tuang 350 ml santan (dari 425 ml santan) sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 20 menit.
5. Masukkan sisi santan dan garam. Aduk rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Ambil 1/3 bagian. Tambahkan moka pasta. Aduk rata.
6. Tuang adonan putih di cetakan apem. Tuang adonan moka di tengahnya. Biarkan sampai berlubang. Tutup. Biarkan sampai matang. Cukit. Angkat.
