PANCAKE'S SOLO - Serabi Solo

Pancake's Solo

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of rice flour -
- 1 / 2 tsp yeast IM -
- 50 grams of sugar -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 egg -
- 500 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -
- 1 pieces of pandanus leaves -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -

How to prepare :

Serabi Solo

Bahan :
- 200 gram tepung beras -
- 1/2 sdt ragi instan -
- 50 gram gula pasir -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 butir telur -
- 500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 1 buah nangka, dipotong kotak untuk taburan -

Bahan areh :
- 200 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan wajan besi yang diberi parutan kelapa. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Rebus santan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ukur 450 ml santan. Biarkan hangat.
3. Areh : rebus santan, garam dan daun pandan sambil diaduk dengan api kecil sampai kental. Sisihkan
4. Campur tepung beras, ragi instan, gula pasir dan garam. Aduk rata. Tambahkan telur. Aduk rata.
5. Tuang santan sadikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 20 menit. Diamkan 1 jam.
6. Tuang di wajan besi. Tekan bagian tengahnya sehingga berkulit bagian sisinya. Biarkan mengembang. Taburi nangaka. Kecilkan api. Tutup dan biarkan matang. Oles dengan bahan areh.
