BEEF TONGUE COOKED DELICIOUS - Lidah Masak Asam Gurih

Beef Tongue Cooked Delicious

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of beef tongue, clean, cut into pieces -
- 150 grams of margarine, lembutkan -
- Style 100 ml -
- Water 5 tbsp lemon -
- 350 ml thick coconut milk -
- Maragarin 50 grams, for frying -

Fine spices:
- Garlic cloves 4 -
- Onion 4 grains -
- Candlenut 6 grains -
- Coriander 1 / 2 tsp -
- 2 pieces of orange leaves -
- Salam leaves 2 pieces -
- Serai 1 stem -
- Salt -
- 1 tbsp sugar -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tbsp -
- 6 pieces red chilli, remove seeds -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed with cow tongue, margarine, soy sauce and pepper powder. Roasted until cooked.
2. Tumis smooth flavor with margarine until fragrant and cooked.
3. Enter the beef tongue, thick coconut milk and lime juice. Cook until the flavor permeate. Lift and serve.

Lidah Masak Asam Gurih

Bahan :
- Lidah sapi 500 gram, bersihkan, potong-potong -
- Margarin 150 gram, lembutkan -
- Kecap 100 ml -
- Air jeruk nipis 5 sdm -
- Santan kental 350 ml -
- Maragarin 50 gram, untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- Bawag putih 4 siung -
- Bawang merah 4 butir -
- Kemiri 6 butir -
- Ketumbar 1/2 sdt -
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar -
- Daun salam 2 lembar -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir 1 sdm -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdm -
- Cabai merah 6 buah, buang bijinya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur lidah sapi dengan margarin, kecap dan merica bubuk. Bakar hingga matang.
2. Tumis bumbu halus dengan margarin hingga harum dan matang.
3. Masukkan lidah sapi, santan kental dan air jeruk nipis. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat dan sajikan.
