RICE UDUK - Nasi Uduk

Rice Uduk

Ingredients :
- Rice 500 grams of white, clean wash -
- 750 ml coconut milk -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- The leaves of a 4 -
- Serai 2 stem -
- 2 pandan leaf blade -
- Onion fry 4 tbsp -
- 4 tbsp cooking oil -

Complement:
- Mixed chili with beans mashed 250 grams, ready to use -
- Omelet -
- Salted fish fry -
- Cucumber -
- Basil leaves -

How to prepare :
1. Steam rice until half cooked, lift.
2. Mixed coconut, bay, salt, pandan leaf and serai. Boil until boiling, enter the rice steam. Cook until the coconut milk out, lift.
3. Steam rice until cooked, and blossom, lift.
4. Mixed chili with beans mashed mixed with water, slosh average.
5. Serve with rice Uduk complement.

Nasi Uduk

Bahan :
- Beras putih 500 gram, cuci bersih -
- Santan 750 ml -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Daun salam 4 lembar -
- Serai 2 batang, memarkan -
- Daun pandan 2 helai, simpulkan -
- Bawang goreng 4 sdm -
- Minyak goreng 4 sdm -

Pelengkap :
- Sambel kacang 250 gram, siap pakai -
- Dadar telur secukupnya -
- Teri goreng secukupnya -
- Mentimun secukupnya -
- Daun kemangi secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Kukus beras hingga setengah matang, angkat.
2. Campur santan, daun salam, garam, serai dan daun pandan. Rebus hingga mandidih, masukkan beras kukus. Masak hingga santan teserap habis, angkat.
3. Kukus nasi hingga matang dan mekar, angkat.
4. Campur sambal kacan dengan air matang, aduk rata.
5. Sajikan nasi uduk dengan pelengkapnya.
