BONE RIB ROAST BEEF - Iga Sapi Panggang

Bone Rib Roast Beef

Ingredients :
- Iga beef 300 grams, cut into pieces -
- Margarine 125 grams -
- Salam leaves 2 pieces -
- Serai 1 stem -
- 1 tbsp tamarind water -
- Young Coconut grated 200 grams, fried without oil -

Fine spices :
- Red chilli 4 pieces -
- Onion 3 grains -
- 4 cloves garlic -
- Ginger 1 cm -
- Lengkuas 1 cm -
- Salt -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- Coriander 1 / 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Caraway 1 / 2 tsp -
- Cardamom 2 grains -
- Wood sweet powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Kunyit 1 cm -

How to prepare :
1. Frying spices fine with margarine until fragrant and cooked.
2. Add bay, Serai,tamarind water , water and beef rib cook until cooked.
3. Mixed dried coconut and margarine, beef rib oles above. Roast until brown and cooked color. Lift and serve.

Iga Sapi Panggang

Bahan :
- Iga sapi 300 gram, potong-potong -
- Margarin 125 gram, lembutkan -
- Daun salam 2 lembar -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -
- Air asam jawa 1 sdm -
- Kelapa muda parut 200 gram, sangrai -

Bumbu halus :
- Cabai merah 4 buah -
- Bawang merah 3 butir -
- Bawang outih 4 siung -
- Jahe 1 cm -
- Lengkuas 1 cm -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Ketumbar 1/2 sdt -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Jintan 1/2 sdt -
- Kapulaga 2 butir -
- Kayu manis bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Kunyit 1 cm -

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu halus dengan margarin hingga harum dan matang.
2. Tambahkan daun salam, serai, air asam, iga sapi dan air masak hingga matang.
3. Campur margarin dan kelapa kering, oleskan diatas iga sapi. Panggang hingga berwarna kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
