SATAI ACID - Satai Asam

Satai acid

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of beef meat, cut cube 2x2 cm -
- Pricker satai secukupnya -
- 3 tbsp cooking oil -
- Water 50 ml -

Fine spices:
- Beans peeled 3 tbsp ground, frying without oil -
- 2 tbsp coriander, frying without oili -
- 1 tsp caraway, frying without oil -
- Cayenne fruit 5 -
- 5 cloves garlic -
- Onion 7 grains -
- Serai 1 stem, finely sliced -
- Temu kunci 2 tsp, cicang -
- Asam jawa 1 tbsp -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- brown sugar 1 tbsp -

How to prepare :
1. Heat cooking oil, fried flavor subtle until fragrant and cooked. Add water, cook until boiling. Lift.
2. Meat mixed with spices , poke average. Leave for 30 minutes until the spices permeate.
3. Skewer seasoned with a skewer. Pin 4 to 5 pieces of sliced meat.
4. Sate fuel to mature and dry, lift. Serve immediately.

Satai Asam

Bahan :
- Daging sapi 500 gram, potong dadu 2x2 cm -
- Tusuk satai secukupnya -
- Minyak goreng 3 sdm -
- Air 50 ml -

Bumbu halus :
- Kacang tanah kupas 3 sdm, sangrai -
- Ketumbar 2 sdm, sangrai -
- Jintan 1 sdt, sangrai -
- Cabai merah 5 buah -
- Bawang putih 5 siung -
- Bawang merah 7 butir -
- Serai 1 batang, iris halus -
- Temu kunci 2 sdt, cicang -
- Asam jawa 1 sdm -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Gula merah 1 sdm -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang. Tambahkan air, masak hingga mendidih. Angkat. Dinginkan.
2. Campur daging dengan bumbu tumis, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
3. Tusuk daging berbumbu dengan tusuk sate. Tusuk 4 sampai 5 potong irisan daging.
4. Bakar sate hingga matang dan kering, angkat. Sajikan segera.
