CHICKEN BALLS - Bola Ayam

Chicken Balls

Ingredients :
- 8 pieces of fresh bread, cut 1 cm dice --
- Cooking oil 400 ml -
- Chicken mince 250 grams -
- 2 tbsp grated Carrot -
- Sliced spring onion 2 tbsp -
- Onion fry 1 tbsp -
- ½ tsp pepper powder -
- ½ tsp sugar sand -
- Salt -

How to prepare :
1. Grilled white bread in the oven temperature of 150 0C for 30 minutes (until dry). Lift.
2. Mixed chicken, carrot, onion, spring onion, pepper, sugar and salt. Aduk of rounded arches and ping pong ball.
3. Enter the discount on the ball chicken cook until the ball is flat.
4. Heat oil, fry until the chicken balls and mature tawny. Lift.
5. Serve with chili sauce.

Tips:
- Toaster bread fried before that oil is not its function be merged on the bread.
- Do not roast the bread too long because the ball will be quickly charred chicken, but its still raw.

Bola Ayam

Bahan :
- Roti tawar 8 lembar, potong dadu 1 cm –
- Minyak goreng 400 ml –
- Ayam cincang 250 gram –
- Wortel parut 2 sdm –
- Irisan daun bawang 2 sdm –
- Bawang merah goreng 1 sdm –
- Merica bubuk ½ sdt –
- Gula pasir ½ sdt –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Panggang roti tawar dalam oven bersuhu 150 0C selama 30 menit (hingga kering). Angkat, sisihkan.
2. Campur ayam, wortel, bawang merah, daun bawang, merica, gula dan garam. Aduk rata dan bulatkan sebesar bola pingpong.
3. Gulingkan bola ayam pada potongan roti tawar hingga bola tertutup rata.
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng bola ayam hingga kuning kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat.
5. Sajikan dengan saus sambal.

Tips :
- Pemanggangan roti sebelum digoreng fungsinya agar minyak tidak terserap pada roti.
- Jangan panggang roti terlalu lama karena bola ayam akan cepat hangus tetapi isinya masih mentah.
