BREAD BAKED FRUIT - Roti Panggang Buah

Bread Baked Fruit

Ingredients :
- Bread fresh without skin 10 wide, rounded print diameter 7 cm -
- 1 Kiwi fruit, sliced rounded, slit so the 2 -
- 4 cans fruit peach fruit, sliced thin -
- 20 strawberry fruit, so part 2 section -
- Brown 50 grams cooking team -

Vla Ingredients:
- Milk 300 ml of fresh liquid -
- Sugar 75 grams -
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Custard powder 35 grams -
- Powder 15 grams of corn meal -

Spread:
- To order-1 tsp -
- Water 250 ml -
- Sugar 50 grams of sand -

How to prepare :
1. Vla: Mix sugar and milk, cook until sugar dissolves while continuously stirred. Enter piecemeal susu stew in a mixture of custard powder, egg and yellow maize while stirred to melt the dough. Enter the custard powder mixture back in the stew milk. Boil and cook until cooked and stirred, lift. Enter in the plastic triangle.
2. Grilled white bread to dry, lift.
3. Be oiled surface of the bread with the chocolate until evenly cooked, place 1 tbsp vla dough and set fruit - fruit above.
4. Spread: Mix all ingredients, cook until boiling and stirred and cooked. Lift.
5. Be oiled with the fruits of spread. Freeze. Serve

To 20 units.

Roti Panggang Buah

Bahan :
- Roti tawar tanpa kulit 10 lebar, cetak bulat diameter 7 cm –
- Kiwi 1 buah, iris bulat, belah jadi 2 bagian –
- Buah peach kaleng 4 buah, iris tipis –
- Stroberi 20 buah, belah jadi 2 bagian –
- Coklat masak tim 50 gram –

Bahan Vla :
- Susu cair tawar 300 ml –
- Gula pasir 75 gram –
- Kuning telur 1 butir –
- Custard powder 35 gram –
- Tepung maisena 15 gram –

Olesan :
- Agar-agar 1 sdt –
- Air 250 ml –
- Gula pasir 50 gram –

Cara membuat :
1. Vla : Campur gula dan susu, masak hingga gula larut sambil terus diaduk. Tuang sedikit demi sedikit rebusan susu dalam campuran custard powder, maizena dan kuning telur sambil diaduk hingga adonan mencair. Masukkan kembali campuran custard powder dalam rebusan susu. Masak hingga mendidih dan matang sambil diaduk, angkat. Masukkan dalam plastik segitiga.
2. Panggang roti tawar hingga kering, angkat.
3. Oles permukaan roti dengan coklat masak hingga rata, letakkan 1 sdm adonan vla dan atur buah – buahan diatasnya.
4. Olesan : Campur semua bahan, masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan matang. Angkat.
5. Olesi buah- buahan dengan bahan olesan. Bekukan. Sajikan.
