CHEESE BOARD - Papan Keju

Cheese board

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of wheat flour -
- Baking powder 1 / 8 tsp -
- Salt 1 / 8 tsp -
- 50 grams of margarine -
- 50 grams of butter -
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese, grated -
- 1 grain eggs -

Spread:
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Milk 1 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. So a mixed wheat flour, baking powder, salt, margarine and eggs, 2 pieces poke with a knife until the dough is so soft like sand.
2. Add grated cheese, poke to the average. Print dough according to taste and place it flat on the brass, with the top give the spread, give cheese pieces, and roast in oven with a temperature of 170C for 15 minutes until cooked, lift.
3. Save in toples and serve.

To 350 grams

Papan Keju

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 150 gram -
- Baking powder 1/8 sdt -
- Garam 1/8 sdt -
- Margarin 50 gram -
- Mentega 50 gram -
- Keju cheddar 100 gram, parut -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -

Olesan :
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Susu cair 1 sdt -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur jadi satu tepung terigu, baking powder, garam, margarin dan telur, aduk dengan 2 belah pisau hingga mnejadi adonan yang lembut seperti pasir.
2. Tambahkan keju parut, aduk hingga rata. Cetak adonan sesuai selera dan letakkan pada loyang datar, oles dengan bahan olesan, beri keju potong lalu panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 170C selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat.
3. Simpan dalam toples dan sajikan.
